Our Beginnings Inc. (OBI) program’s target population is women that are affected by domestic violence, a mental illness and HIV/AIDS.

Our therapeutic program concentrates on the areas of mentorship and life coach training. The program’s goal is to professionally and clinically rehabilitate women from disadvantaged environments. Program objectives focus on developing single mothers parenting and unemployed women educational skills; establish support systems to domestically abused and women that are living with a Bipolar mental disorder; restore hope by providing behavioral therapy to women living with HIV/AIDS.

Social workers are clinically certified in identifying and assessing the negative behavioral traits that contribute to low self esteem, lack of self confidence, insecurities and identity crisis’s related but not limited to the prevalent socio – economical, cultural and environmental factors. Individual and group psychotherapy sessions are held via web cast and video conference for women and children that are in need of culturally- sensitive therapeutic counseling.

Health educators provide health awareness information to Our Beginnings Inc. (OBI) clients and multi-national communities in an effort to prevent disease and promote healthy lifestyles through knowledge and behavior change. Some of the program-related issues that are assessed and effectively communicated include Bipolar disorder symptoms, safety, and HIV/AIDS prevention education . Our Beginnings Inc. (OBI) health educators collect and analyze data for the purpose of researching, designing, and presenting preventative health care programs to our surrounding and global communities.

Specialized life coaches implement personalized career planning training modules, and institute effective social independence, personal and professional skill-set developmental techniques through the practical use of seminars, conferences and educational workshops. Life coaches lead structured ‘etiquette–training’ classes to prepare women in demonstrating the standard of excellence in every aspect of their lives.
